It’s the fastest-growing fitness sport in the world, and while it might look different from a standard CrossFit WOD, it’s built on the same foundation of functional movement and mental grit we live by here.

So, What Exactly is HYROX?

Think of HYROX as the marathon of functional fitness. It is a standardized global race where every participant, regardless of where they are in the world, completes the exact same course.

The format is simple but demanding: 8 kilometers of running and 8 functional workout stations. You run 1km, complete a station, run another 1km, complete the next station, and so on until you cross the finish line.
