I’m Noah, I am 26 years old and have been a fitness coach for the last 4 & 1/2 years. I have been training CrossFit for 2 years in total thus far. I got my Level One in 2025 and joined the Swashbuckle community in September! I am married to my high school sweetheart and have 2 very active dogs named Rowdy and Dune.
