James

James joined CrossFit Swashbuckle in February 2024 after searching for a gym to call home since moving to Texas from Oklahoma. He loves that CrossFit is truly for everyone—no matter your fitness level—and believes we’re all just trying to get a little better one day at a time.

When he’s not coaching, James is a hospital administrator at Children’s Medical Center Plano, a dad to three wild girls, a photographer, and a hiking enthusiast when he can find the time.
